This is a very simple process, it doesn't take long at all. Give us a deadline and we'll do our best to meet it! English video clips usually take two weeks, European three weeks subject to the availability of your chosen presenter.

> How easy is it to get the video on my site?
Very easy! We'll email you a little bit of code to embed in your website and the video file. Your website designer will be able to do it in seconds.
> Can I have the presenter on any part of the page?
Yes, our presenters can be positioned anywhere on your web page. You can have a full body or half body. We can move with the size of the screen, or we can remain hooked to a fixed position. Whatever suits your website best.
> Can I choose the clothes the presenter wears?
Yes, all our presenters have lots of different outfits and we'll do our best to suit your requests and match the style of your website.
> What happens if I don't like the finished video clip?
We can only work from your instructions and script. So, it's important for you to be totally happy with every detail before we proceed, so we can get it right first time!
> Do I need to send translated text?
You can either send us a professionally translated script or we can provide a translation service (working from your English script) at an additional cost of £175 plus VAT per language, for a script up to 200 words, thereafter £0.50 plus VAT per word.
> Do you do other languages?
If you have a requirement for a language not shown please let us know - we are constantly expanding our list of foreign language presenters and may have just the person!
> I don’t know what to say, can you help write my script?
Yes, we’ll happily discuss your ideas, write your script in English and even offer advice on which of our professional presenters would be most suitable, what they should wear and even hand gestures! Our cost would be £200 plus VAT per language, for a script up to 200 words, thereafter £1 plus VAT per word.
> Can I feature in the video myself?
Yes. You will need to attend the film studio in Hertfordshire. The cost is £355 plus VAT which includes one hour in the studio. There is an overrun charge for the studio of £40 + VAT per quarter of an hour.
